Cancellation Policy:

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. I understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please give 24 hours' notice prior to changing or canceling and I will waive the cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time I reserve the right to charge a cancellation/no show fee of 25% of the service price. Late arrivals will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and will be responsible for the payment of the full service. Thank you for planning your visits accordingly.
